The new Dynamic 3D Ø 20 mm has been designed to meet the needs of entrance door manufacturers who require a hinge with a load capacity of up to 160 kg. This solid and elegant hinge produced in two versions, one for fixing in a 16 mm groove and the other in a 20 mm groove, is made with all visible parts in steel which guarantee its robustness and applicability even on fire doors. Dynamic 3D Ø 20 mm is composed of three rings with a single connecting pin which keeps the hinge perfectly aligned and by self-lubricating bushings which guarantee long-lasting and smooth movement over time. Adjustable in three dimensions (+/- 4 mm in height, +/- 3 mm laterally and +/- 2 mm in depth), with a single 4 mm Allen key, this efficient hinge stands out for its simple and quick assembly, thanks to the availability of the appropriate drilling templates but also for having easily passed the strict durability tests carried out by SFS established in 200,000 movements on a 160 kg door.
